Odd fun advertising
By admin | March 12, 2008
So it’s time for some bizarre ads, the kind that makes you say “WTF?” and makes you wonder how in the hell these ads were posted in media. Some and naive and related to the times, but in retrospective they’re really funny, like the Cocaine Drops. Some are just odd. All of them are funny and good for a laugh or two.
Cocaine Drops
Oh my goodness, I just ran to the pharmacy to get these pills but I don’t know why they called police instead. Still wondering why, but my new friend Bubba promised me we’ll be more than friends!
Blow in Her Face
Mmmm… maybe I’m getting old or something, but I find something wrong about this, although can’t say exactly what. However, my new friend Bubba (see above) promised me I’ll discover it soon. Looking forward to it!
Ronald Reagan the Cancer Promoter
It’s nice to see a president cares for people’s health, and here we get a preview on how he’d deal with health matters in the future, this is not an ad, but futurology at its finest. Ronald Reagan promoting cancer (still looking for his Medicare ads)
She has Syphilis and Gonorrhea (naughty naughty girl)
The girl in the ad looks like a responsible and caring mother, she looks clean and not “crack whorish” and you’ll probably find her at the church or school or something. Come on, she’s the exact opposite to Lindsay Lohan! However, behind that clean safe facade she has… Syphilis AND Gonorrhea. Go figure!!!!
Cutting Edge
and the end for now… nothing spectacular, just a thumbs up about advertisement director wannabes, a cutting edge slogan and a cutting edge image. After this, the brain cells of each and every person at the advertisement agency exploded because of the effort, now all of them are in vegetative state (pretty much as they were before they pulled this ad) but they’ll sure join the Olympus of advertisement glories with the authors of the Syphilis and Gonorrhea ad
Keep tuned for more weird and bizarre ads, they’re coming by the thousands these days ![]()
